Super excited about Panama 70.3 tomorrow! I was born there many years ago...That is a destination race, for sure!

It'll be interesting to see how Lance does. I hope he fares well, but the pros have already said they'll put out a little extra effort so as to not get "Lanced"...

Should be a fun race. I honestly would be scared for my life to race on those roads, though! If you think New Yorkers drive bad, try driving there.

Beautiful place, though. Think about racing it one day! It'd be worth it!

I can't believe Lance is in the lead 4 miles into the run! Watch out for B Docherty - He's got a couple of Olympic medals and can really run..

Pretty amazing that LA would throw that kind of a day...Also, kudos to the OA winner for chasing him down and running a 1:12! Pretty darn fast!

You called it...a half a minute was the difference.

Lance stunned the tri world with his effort. Surprised me, for sure.
