Got to the site in plenty of time to set up, bathroom break, go over transition routine, etc.
Swim
  • 07m 58s
  • 300 yards
  • 02m 40s / 100 yards
Comments:

A good swim for me ... 4 minutes faster this year than the same last year.
Transition 1
  • 03m 53s
Comments:

The transition area is ~400 yeards from the pool, so it's a long run to get to transition.

  • 10 miles
  • 19.57 mile/hr
Transition 2
  • 01m 53s
Run
  • 40m 20s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 12m 58s  min/mile
Comments:

My quickest times for a 5k this year.
What would you do differently?:

Keep working in the run leg ... it is most definitely my weakest link of the 3 sports.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around and stood under one of the tents in the shade. Ate a couple of orange slices, drank water, etc. The temop was ~60f so not a hot day at all.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The run leg is my weakest ... need to focus more training with this.
