Made some chicken and corn chowder in preparation for the Soup & Chili Cookoff for a Super Bowl party.

I hate the 30-34 age group. A few years ago I won my age group (M25-29). Sure it was a fluke, but hey it was still a win. This time around I got 26th in my age group. Whoo-hoo!
What would you do differently?:

Run faster.

Warm down:

Ate cookies. Always my favorite part of the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

An 8 month old baby. That's my excuse. I'm not lazy or anything.
