How awesome is the BT community?! (Page 2)

Nice to see this thread resurrected. I have been on BT for about 4 years. Came here as a total newbie, and have since done 11 tri's (sprint and oly), and even pushed my running up enough to do two stand-alone marathons. I have read, asked, and learned from countless strangers who were kind enough to share their ideas and knowledge. I found a wonderful mentor group (Baowolf) and have so enjoyed the support and camaraderie there. I have also met some great real life friends here. The logs and reports are awesome! Even the advertising has been a blessing....got a wetsuit that has served me well for a great price. I'm almost ashamed to admit I've never paid a dime for any of this. I do try to chip in with advice based on my experiences now and then, and be a contributing member of my mentor group. But I have gained far more than I have contributed. To me BT has been and is a wonderful gift. So to all of you, I say thank you!
