Did a short swim set today to get in the water. Did not feel super peppy but got
my "derriere" to the pool and next thing i knew i had done laps for an hour.
Almost at 50% for the month

Blackreef Tip sharks are in the lead.

I was busy with work, birthdays and mommy day. I did do my training and updated my logs.

With my added totals the REEFERS ARE #1 . Lets keep it this way!

sorry for being MIA as well.  I'm actually not doing too bad on my goals.  I've lost 2 lbs. but did miss 2 workout days.  I've updated my goals on the spreadsheet.

I have a question. If I surpass my goal and continue to post additional bike/run miles, does it add to the percentages?

I'm at 80% of my bike total and know I can pass it easily. Should I reset my goal or just keep adding miles and pad my percentage?

Beer float?  Please explain, in great detail so I can replicate.  I assume you do not mean root beer.  I have had stout milkshakes before but never a float

 

Preety much just like a root beer float but with adult beverages, think a porter or stout, and vanilla ice cream, had 1 with cinamon ice cream and a coffee stout also very good

OK, Weekend update:

I MADE MY GOAL FOR MY HALF MARATHON!! goal was to set a PR and go sub 2:30 and I set a 7:00 minute PR and finished in 2:23! it was 80 degrees (40 degrees hotter then my last HM) and also twice as hilly but it felt great to smash my old time. I will update the spreadsheet now.

It will add up to 105% , BTW you are doing some SOLID mileage on the bike . You could add a little something to your monthly bike goal (as you see fit) so its a doable goal to reach it, fits into your training plans and so that you might hit 100% going into the last week .

I think I'll up my goal on the bike. I've been doing some group rides the last 2 months and these guys are beasts. Plus i have a century coming up next month and possibly 2 more in July. I just love being on the bike and you never get bored with the scenery here.

No work out today (really bums me out) I caught a cold. I should be back in the saddle in a day or two.

 

Upped my bike miledge goal to 650 miles.

Date night bike ride complete-- first ride on real asphalt!  A 10 miler with about 200' climbing.  Good prep for my Sunday Du.  

I like my new bike!  She rides well off the trainer

The auto-math on the spreadsheet probably needs to be overridden, though. It's recording you hitting that goal as only 9.9% completed :-p
