Pretty good run for where I am in training. Slight PR over last year.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really, just at where I am in my training. Maybe not get sick for 2 weeks prior to the race.

Just walking and such.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just better training.

Event comments:

Beautiful location, run pretty well for size of race, friendly folks working with a tight budget. Nice local race. The waterfall is amazing.
