Pre-race routine:

Woke up @ 3:45. Grabbed a protein bar and took off to meet my friend for the race. It was about an hour drive and I was supposed to meet her at 5:15.

Nice run. Ran pretty much according to plan. Was able to easily maintain pace. Really able to exert myself.
What would you do differently?:

I think I still had more left at the end. I think I could have pushed it a little more.

Warm down:

Slow walk around the track. Just staying loose. Jogged back to encourage other runners.

Very good race. Lots of people along the route for encouragement. Great post race festivities.
