Comments: I had fun today, took 10 min off my time on last year. I have never run the whole ten always had to walk and usually felt miserable, so it felt good to be able to finally do it and feel good What would you do differently?: Pushed a little harder but again I didn't want to walk and am not sure of my pace but as I said without the HR monitor I definetly was more aware of how I was feeling ![]() Post race
Warm down: Did a little stretching while waiting for the whole group to come in our trainer ran with his 8 year old so sort of forgot to stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself Last updated: 2012-06-16 12:00 AM

Woke up and had 8oz ironman pearform Peanut butter on toast with bananas and 1/2cup of coffee lots of water
Hd to go to Anchor for a photo with everyone, as usual to many running behind so we got the picture taken at 7:45 walked briskly to the start and had 5 min to spare, bumped into my sons friend so that was a nice distraction as I usually am nervous but I was using this as a training run so wasn't trying to "race" So I felt good
