Comments:

Didn't have a huge sense of ugency and no particular problems. Took the time to eat my GU and put on my hat, watch, sunglasses instead of grabbing them and runnin with them.

Buddied up with Alex to spot him. He did really well first part of the course. He stopped more often in the middle part of the course and then had some really long sections in the last third. He's coming along really well and has come a long way since last year at this time.
