got some gatorade/water/protein drinks and food. had to stay for the award to get my 3rd place award

Course: the bike course was great with some rolling hills. The highway section was awesome and that was fun! it does seem longer than 18 miles. My garmin said 19 miles.

Course: the run course was tough due to hills and humidity. there were few ladies that I past on bike course had past me on the run course. My energy was so low and the air was thick!

Nice job. I was looking for a second water station too. Got a little toasty on the run. Plus it seemed like it was all uphill.

Nice race.  With addition of the new 5K course, it is shaping up to be one of the harder sprints.  Looks like you finished up strong.  Good luck with your racing.

Yes me too I was feeling a bit toasty on the run. Someone said the air quality was pretty bad that morning.   I thought this run course was mostly uphill  too and I admitted I dont do well going uphill. I gotta work on that! Well Good luck on your racing!
