Subject: When is enough enoughSo I started to REALLY train almost 3 months ago and extended my distances even farther than what is comfortable for me. The only problem is my metabolism has gone into high gear and I am ALWAYS hungry now. I eat all the time (fruit, red meats, fish ) and it just seems I cannot feed the beast enough. I had one person tell me to try protein shakes but I m trying to stay as natural as possible. When is enough food enough? I hate that full feeling when I eat too much but it seems the only way to curb my appetite. |
