I was the bike leg of the relay team. The canoe leg had a hard time navigating their portion of the race and keeping the canoe going in a straight line. They ended up coming in 9/9 of the relay teams, so I had a lot of catching up to do on the bike

This is the fastest bike split (mph) that I have ever logged, so I am happy with the result. I lost track of the amount of people that I passed, and was not passed by anyone. We moved from 9/9 entering the bike leg to finish 4/9 aftger the run. I plan on doing this race agian next year...maybe I will race it individually becasue I think I can place overall

I was puching extremely hard on this bike since it was only 11 miles and I knew I did not have to run after wards. My avg HR was 175, normally on a ride it is in the 150 - 160 range

Course: Nice loop with a few hills, nothing to difficult, but hills none the less. I had a lot of rabbits to catch because the 1st portion of the race was a little slow.
