Comments:

I didn't feel the cold at first, and then I went numb. I had some difficulty getting out of the water because my body seized up a little bit.
Post race
Warm down:

You mean warm up description. I changed as fast as I could from my wet clothes into warm dry clothes. Slow process due to my body still being seized up. The air felt warmer than the water was so I felt ok being minimally dressed and wet for awhile.
