Got up early, SunBelt Granola Bar and Banana for breakfast.

Sliced to the right and ended up backtracking to the first buoy, losing a minute or more. Got into a nice rhythm once I got around the buoy to the long side of the triangle.

More speedwork

Warm down:

Cheered people on, enjoyed the atmosphere, nice race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sighting in the swim, need more speedwork on the run.
