Including the stretching and strength sessions I am hitting over 15 w/o a week. But I am building up to 22-24 hrs for my peak week before Timberman 70.3 and many sessions are very EASY in terms of volume and intensity.
I'm usually around 11-13, sometimes 10, depending on how I count my weekend workouts.
I've set up my work/gym schedule so that I go twice a day, with cardio in the morning, and weights at lunch. Then I try to get in a swim, bike and run on the weekends, usually a swim followed by either a long bike or a long run on Sat, and a long bike or run on Sun.
