You can sign up here-http://www.active.com/triathlon/kiawah-island-sc/kiawah-island-triathlon-2012 .I'm on the fence about this, I'm training for IMFL and not sure if I should do it. If I do it I want to race it, wich means a small taper and missing some big workouts that weekend. It's only about 40 min away for me.

It's not a bad race, open to traffic but very light in the area and the run course at least last year didn't have any markers past about 4 miles so watch your pacing the views of the beach and marshland are awesome.
