Swim
Comments: Weeds, weeds, weeds. What would you do differently?: swim faster. Transition 1
Comments: Looong transitions. What would you do differently?: New tri shoes worked great. went barefoot on bike and save time on transitions. Bike
Comments: Needed to pick up the pace. let some people by me that I shouldn't have or at least kept up with them. Not like my run was going to save me... What would you do differently?: ride faster Transition 2
Comments: went barefoot on the run. ended up with a few blisters but in the end I was gassed from a tough hilly trail run! Run
Comments: Brutal run! 6 weeks off will do that to you! What would you do differently?: train. Post race
Warm down: Look for cold beer...none to be had. What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of training. Last updated: 2012-01-10 12:00 AM

Back to camp for brekkie of bacon, eggs, sausages and cinnamon buns.
Then back to race area for body marking.
Just kidding on the breakfast of course. :-)
Did a little bit of stretching, then praying to the triathlon gods to allow me to finish the race without dying!
