Have not swum since Ripon Tri amonth ago so started, deliberately, really slowly. Had nose clip kicked off!

So hard. Started good, under 5min kms but by km4 the heat was really starting to kick in. At km 6 my energy seemed to drain so slowed down to regroup. Last km was really good.
