Jose, do you really need a 5 minute head start on me? Was hpoing we cud spent some time together on the course but I don't think I can catch you.

What are you kidding me? The way you've been training I need a 30 minute head start. You're going kick arse Mark I hope I can keep up!

Last year, I got plenty of weird looks before the race, wondering what I was doing with this flag. But when I was breaking down my stuff at the end, about 15 people said they were happy it was there, easy to find there way to the racks!!!!

So do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Flag!!!!!
