nothing pretty good transition

Pushed a little too hard and let others dictate my effort level(I hate being passed) should have backed off a little more so I had more left for the run

save some more for the run and not lose time with dropped chains

Had to walk 3/4 of "The Toughman" walked a few other times but I just couldn't push through the pain.
What would you do differently?:

Not twist my ankle grabbing a gel I didn't need. Run more consistently going into races. Duh I know that

Warm down:

Walked around got my 110% Knickers on and the Ice Packs in. They are the greatest thing ever.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Inconsistent training and a few poor decisions.

Great race very well supported. I will definitely be doing this one again someday.

Course: The hill was tough but do able. Mechanical issues stopped me twice. More because I ship like an idiot but still annoying. Got them fixed and back on my way

Course: Hilly but beautiful. I would do this race again just to run past the waterfall. I was worried about the trails but they were well maintained and safe.
