I'm redistributing the humor. We have to make the ultra-funny pay their fair share to bolster up the moderately interesting.

I don't know how this really rates as news. I would think anyone who's been paying attention to what Obama and his administration have been doing would have no doubt about this.

Better to judge people by what they do than what they say.
