Subject: adding some strength programsOkay I'm new. I'm working on the Couch to Sprint program. I'm a little ahead initially in the program, except for the swim. I want to add some strength program into it. I'm looking for a list of exercises to add. Right now I just want to follow a prescribed list, I'll figure out later more what I want. Any suggestions on what training plans have some good strength training programs that I can import into my plan?
I've got a membership to bally's and have spend time in the gym before over the years. I'm looking to start out mid-basic in complexiety. Also something that isn't going to conflict too much or cause over training with my couch to sprint plan.
Help and suggestions please!
