Great group stretching in front of the art museum. Very cool - all kinds of great light movements.

I had a really solid run. Faded slightly on the small hills, but not too bad. Finished strong.
What would you do differently?:

My training volume was a little low - needed some more hill work also.

I loved the Philly half. I had a really strong race, very happy with my time and was in the top 10 in my AG.

Thanks Brian. It was a great day for a run - I was very happy with my race.  I see that we have some of the same races next year - Black Bear Half Iron, IMLP.
