BT race White Lake Sprint

Extreme Veteran  1148    Nisbet, PA |  Subject: BT race White Lake SprintHowdy folks. It's official, I just signed up to race White Lake on Apr 7. Would love to meet a few fellow BT folks that day. You won't be able to miss me, I'll most likely be the biggest dude there, at 6'2" and over 300. This will be only my second race, and my first true tri. At my first race, back in Oct, they replaced the swim portion with a second 5k run to start because the temp at race time was 31*. So I guess that's a duathlon, even though there were three events. My big goals for this race are to actually run the entire 5k, and to finish under 2:30. Hope to see you there. |

The biggest problem with an early season race at White Lake is there may be fog and that can cancel the swim. The swim is my favorite part of White Lake so if it's cancelled I won't be happy. Well Lookey there Alan, we are now doing 2 of the same races (WLH and Raleigh). Maybe you should throw in WL International in May and we can make it 3 for 3. |
