Ok BTOntario, I seek your help.

In the coming weeks I will be needing a wetsuit. I have made phone calls to the following:

The Fitness Technique
D'ornellas
EnduroSport
(call to Swim & Sports pending)

What other shops are out there that sell wetsuits?

You got the major stores. There are a couple of other ones but I don't know their names off the top of my head. I would suggest picking up a copy of Triathlete Magazine Canada and checking out the adds there.

Don't forget to ask if they have older models. You might get a deal on last years models!

The running room in Guelph has just started to carry tri stuff.  They have some wetsuits.  Not sure if a store closer to you is doing the same, but may be worth looking into.

I'm in Ottawa but I know that Running Room carries Orca wetsuits that are very competitvely priced.  It is a chain so the prices in Guelph must be the same and the service is excellent.

Hmmm... thanks for the advice everyone.

I think I might just go to Fitness Technique so if there is a problem I don't have much of a ride.

And it doesn't seem that my local Running Room has wetsuits.

I picked mine up at enduro sport at the end of last season they sell off their rentals at a great price and the suit was in fantastic shape , I know it doesn't help with inseason now but maybe its worth asking maybe they would sell off a rental mid season. Is it availability or price thats the concern?

I'm from Ottawa as well so this probably won't help you. I thought I'd post it in case others from the area are trying to figure out where to get tri gear (as I was until last week).

I discovered that Cyclelogik on Richmond Road beside MEC carries a complete range of tri gear including wetsuits from several manufacturers. I picked up a pair of tri shorts and spent some time drooling over the Cervelo bikes they sell
