Subject: Whole30 Challenge

I've been reading up on this for awhile but today is the day!  I started tonight with roasted brussel sprouts, sauteed mushrooms and a pan fried rib eye, using clarified butter that I made myself.  I know not all of my meals will be this exciting, but it sure was a nice start to this program.  

If anyone else has done this diet before I would greatly appreciate your input and encouragement.

I did it in April too. Lost 12 pounds and almost 4% BF, and still sticking with for the most part. I recommend it! Love all the personal lessons you gain from it.
