Subject: Whole30 Challenge I've been reading up on this for awhile but today is the day! I started tonight with roasted brussel sprouts, sauteed mushrooms and a pan fried rib eye, using clarified butter that I made myself. I know not all of my meals will be this exciting, but it sure was a nice start to this program. If anyone else has done this diet before I would greatly appreciate your input and encouragement.
