That's ridiculous. I wouldn't touch him with a 10ft. pole! I don't care who he is, not with that kind of public history.

Right?! That's sad that she thinks that what she deserves. Otherwise, I have no clue how any woman could listen to that voice of his! It's horrible!

Couldn't agree more! Sure, people change (heh, do tigers change their stripes ... bad, I know) or a cheat was a sign of relationship issues that could be fixed but maybe i am wrong but he was serial cheating.  Like all the time, everywhere ...

But with it being so public she knows what she's getting into!

And, on a side note it is kind of creepy that she looks a lot like his ex.  Do you have a type much?

Nothing wrong with having a type.

I am with ya Big Appa.  The guy messed up multiple times with his ex.  That said, he was raked over the coals by the press (which will never stop), lost his family unit as he knew it, and lost hundreds of millions of dollars...I think he's taken his lumps well.

I'd love to know what % of billionaire star athletes who traveled the world behaved the way Tiger did.  I am willing to bet it's quite high.  But, if folks feel better branding him with a giant scarlet letter A, who am I to stop them.

Admit it, if you were dating her you wouldn't leave the house!

He was married to a woman who had super-model looks and he seems to have left the house, a lot. If I were a woman, Tiger would be damaged goods forever. Anyone can make a mistake. He cheated on his wife with anyone who was willing and covered it up in a very calculated way. Not really a mistake, more a lifestyle choice and evidence of an unforgivable character flaw.

I hope it works out for them......

Damaged goods and unforgivable?  Well, I guess that's the consensus opinion that I disagree with.  But "covered it up in a very calculated way?"  If anything, he was almost screaming out he wanted to be caught.

I'm not defending his actions, they were reprehensible.  I feel for his family.  That said, I'm sure folks on this website are aware of the % of married men (and women) that commit adultery.  It's staggeringly high...especially with men who have lots o' $$$.  The actions of Joe Q Public don't exactly make the headlines though.

Now, let's say someone asked me if I would want my daughter in the future dating someone with Tiger's past...I'd have to say ya got me there!  I would hope she'd wait for a better option.  If Tiger and Lindsey are happy though, that's all that matters.

Do you think he is going to change?
Do you think his actions are forgivable?

Yes (and I think he already has) and yes (but I'm not his wife and/or girlfriend).

(then again, I'd describe myself as an optimist at heart)

...and I understand most would say no and no.

Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods know what they have and what they want out of their relationship....and it might not resemble anything anyone else wants in any way.

Two adults in a relationship, and judgement all around......you can't make it up. LOL
