Subject: B / C Races during 70.3 Trainning Hi everyone, I wanted to ask for some feedback. I am preping for Cozumel 70.3 Sept 22. I have 2 races planned as part of my preparation, one is "C" Race, its a Semi Oly distance (1/30/7 k's) This race will be at the end of Base 2 week (its at the end of a recovery week), instead of a race there is a 10k planned. B Race is an Oly Distance, It will be on the first week of build period (also at the end of semi-recovery week) Is it ok to run these two races on these dates? or would i be better off following the trainning plan (Ill be using the BT Half Iron 20 week Plan).
