Pre-race routine:

Picked up Y and Kara, Dud had to come over later as he had a slight back up in the basement. Met Mike, Heather and Caleb in Geneva.

Relay race around Seneca Lake. I ran 3 segments, like everyone else. Distance for me totaled 12.27 miles covered in 1:31:31.
