Comments: I know I could of went faster, but this was the test for Syracuse I am definetly more aware of what I need to do now. What would you do differently?: Drink more! Post race
Warm down: I stretched really good and the cramping felt better, we waited for Maria to finish then came home and AJ made us all a huge breakfast and we all got to hang out and spend a great morning together. It was an awesome day! What limited your ability to perform faster: Dress differently, I hate being cold and it was cold to start but warmed up very quickly so had my jacket wrapped around my waist I should of brought something not so new that I could have taken off and left. Woke up about 5:10 had 1/2 cup of coffe so I wouldn't get a headache 2slices toast with almond butter and half a banana and water. I was using this as a training day so didn't feel nervous at all. We met Amanda and Maria at 6:15 and drove together, had time for a brisk walk and to use the port potty. Daryn was already in the coral a bit ahead of us.
