Had some coffee and oatmeal. Drove over.

Fastest run in a long time. Just tried to hold on for as long as possible and not get passed in the second half.
What would you do differently?:

Train more.
Post race
Warm down:

Grabbed some chicken, salmon, cheese and water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training. Beer?

Event comments:

Best post race food ever. They had fruit, local cheese, they were grilling chicken, burgers and hotdogs. They also had chips, some salads, but best of all fresh salmon. The salmon was awesome.

Looking forward to the race again next year.
