Subject: PayPal Standard Merchant Account - Anyone?
All right, so I set one up so my coaching clients can pay online. But I can't seem to figure out how they pay me, and how I get the money. Silly, I know!

I'm sure someone on here has used PayPal and can explain it to me. I looked through the PayPal website but I can't figure out how I get the money. I saw how I send invoices to them, and I guess that invoice tells them how to pay, but how do I get the money in my bank account?

Thanks for the help!

You have to link your own personal account to your paypal account.

Log in, click on "withdrawal" then add a bank account.

They pay you through your e-mail address.

You have to link your own personal account to your paypal account.

Log in, click on "withdrawal" then add a bank account.

This...

Honestly you might want to check out Square.  They give you the little credit card swiper for free (or you can type in the CC # if they are remote.)  Fees are pretty low and it gets deposited directly into your bank account.

I have both PayPal & Square.  Square is easier...

All right, I think I got it all figured out. I called PayPal.

I'm going to stick with PayPal for now, simply because people recognize the brand and they want to know their account information is secure. I went with the free merchant account and if someone wants to pay online, they are going to pay $5 more to cover my merchant fees. They always have the option for sending a check if they don't want to pay the extra $5.
