Now that I have your attention, any ideas to help keep the stink down in my
locker at work. I acquired a locker, well actually wall storage unit at work
that has a lock on it, and bar across the inside to hang hangers etc.
Problem is it doesn't have any vents. At least I think that may be part of
my problem.
My routine is I bring in all my clothes for the week on Monday, then daily I
hang my cycling clothes inside it for the day that are sweaty. Not soaked,
but barely enough to be damp. End of day it's a bit stinky when I open the
door.
It's not bothering anyone or anything, people rarely go in the room it is
in. It's not stinky, stinky, but I'm worried over time it may become so.
Basically the only thing soiled that stays in it are my clothes that I rode
in wearing, and my work boots.
Any ideas? Will a stick on air freshener be enough. Maybe cut some ghetto
vents in the back, or to make it look decent, using a 1" drill bit to get
some fresh air in there. Powder for my boots maybe, although they don't
smell, or at least no one at home has ever commented on the smelling, but
perhaps putting them in the confined space causes it.
Any magic odor killing sprays to use?
