Subject: Create Map issues
I tried to create a map from today's run but was unable. The run data imported fine, but when trying to import the route from my Gamin 405 BT finds 0 activities...
I used MapMyRun to create the route, no issues there; exported to a .gpx file, which BT reads and imports without a problem...but there's no visible 'Save Map' function once the route is created.
Windows7 32-Bit, running Google Chrome Version 26.0.1410.64

You guys have done a nice job overall on the overhaul, thanks!

There is a Save button on the Route inset box (see attached), but it disappears once a gpx file is imported.
And FWIW, clicking the Save button before any activity results in an endless 'saving' spinner.
Hope this helps,

BT Create Map function still finds zero routes on my Garmins (405 and 500) that other sites do (MapMyRide, TrainingPeaks).
Still after importing a .gpx file generated elsewhere and exported, the save button initially available on the inset control disappears (see attached), leaving no way to save a map our route.
Any ideas on this one?

Can you try saving the GPX file on BT again?  We applied a fix though we you can't get routes directly from garmin - still working on that.

Success!
I Created a run called SkyRidge Overlook, via gpx import, everything worked as expected.

Thanks Ron & Co!

Experts agree, doing a “mock,” triathlon on the course you’re racing can aid you in your training; performance and most of all quell some nervous energy.
