Great condition race bike for Triathlon. The Di2 shifters and Dura-Ace components are well worth over $2500, so make my loss your gain. Bike retailed for over $5500. I am not so much into triathlons anymore and I'm downgrading to a specialized roubaix for more of an endurance road bike geometry.

I am located in Chicago but could arrange pictures/videos, and shipping if necessary.

Please email me at [email protected] or text 7-seven-3-4-5-four-two-4-7-3 if interested.

Does a degree or two difference between two frames(head and/or seat tube) really make that much of a difference when it comes to fit?

We are often asked the question, "What size frame should I buy" and the answer is “it depends”. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but hopefully the following will shed some more light.

Soon after I got married, I decided I needed to get motivated to work out and focus on getting back into shape. I could barely jog a quarter-mile without needing a walk break.

Is there a magic number of days off for your training plan? Is it a one size fits all or an an individual choice?

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.

“Too bad there’s not anything like this for triathletes.” There are a million books and articles on how to train. One of the toughest parts of triathlon training is how to fit them into everyday life.

Work your weakness. In the sport of triathlon, most coaches agree that you should spend the most time working on your weakest of the three sports. For many of you this will be swimming!
