2004 light blue. Size Small. Entry level road bike.
This bike has been sitting in my moms garage. It has 5 miles on it and comes with pedals (not cages like the picture ), computer and matching helmet if wanted.

Pardon my ignorance, but I have no idea if this would be a good size for me, or what a reasonable offer would look like.
I'm 5'5". I'm in FL. I am riding the sweetest, but oldest, road bike I know. I want shifters where my hands are! Anything beyond that is gravy.
Oh yeah, is this the women's version, or generic/mens?
