Subject: Visiting Boston next week
Hey guys, coming up from Pittsburgh for the RedHat conference next week, will be there M-F.

I think I found a running trail along the Charles on the Esplanade path. Any place to do an OWS? Any bike rental places?

I'll be staying near the convention center (Back bay I think) and won't have a rental car so it will be public transit.

Any must do's? I have only been to Boston once (stayed in Hancock, MA and drove into Boston for the day)

Will you will finish your next triathlon swim strong, or will you run out of steam before you even start the majority of your race?

I just ran the Boston Marathon under nine minute miles, can I run eight minute miles for my half Ironman training runs? Or should I go slower?

I am running Boston in April and Ironman Lake Placid is in July. I have been told that it is ambitious to think about doing an IM so close to a marathon due to the recovery time. Any suggestions?

This Intermediate 20 week plan is a quick ramp up in overall volume, but with 20 weeks to train only, it is a gradual and safe approach because of the alternating weeks of the long run/bike.
