I am looking for handheld recommendations for JFK.

I have TINY hands and my current Nathan handheld bottle (pretty much a normal sized bike water bottle) is too big. I want something really comfortable for a 50-miler.

I have been looking at the amphipod hydrafoam thermal lite. I've tried it on and it seems much more comfortable and easier to grip. It comes in 12 oz and 20 oz. I am thinking that since there are aid stations every 5 miles or so, the 12-oz should be sufficient.

Anyone have other suggestions or bottles they like?

I've been using two of the 20oz Amphipods. The shape of the bottle seems to fit my hands better and are much more comfortable for me than the round bottles.

Amphipods are great, as are Ultimate Direction bottles.

I used one 20 oz last year and will do the same this year....I did bring my nathans hydration vest empty since Im slow and take the early start to keep my jacket and flashlight in once it gets light and warmer...there are no drop bags on the course and I dont have friends or family that can "crew" for me.

I switched to using the amphipod hydrafoam thermal lites a couple years back and the are awesome! I have the 20 ouncers and use them for both daily runs because of the little pocket for my keys and a gu and then also for the races in a combo/mix with my Nathan hpl 020 depending on the distance between aid stations and overall race distance. They are extremely comfortable and the hand connector fabric deal doesn't stretch and bounce around like the other hand carry bottles that I've used before. 2 thumbs up from me.
