Subject: 6.17.13 Monday Morning!
Good morning BT! I have somewhat of a schedule for the next week and a half, doing some tutoring at the high school from 9am-11am so back up early--not as early as during the school year though!

5:00am: 7 mile run
6:15am: Insanity Cardio Plyo

After tutoring and lunch I'm heading out on the mountain bike! Have a great day!

Legs are mega tight after duathlon race yesterday....

Cardio abs tonight followed by a short jog to loosen up those legs then some stretching/ foam rolling.

Went to the track I was told was open during the week only to find out it was locked down tighter than...well it was closed. Headed to another track and it was miraculously open but now I was 30 mins behind schedule and had to cut my run a bit short. So it was 5 miles total w/ 5x800 @ 5k-30seconds w/ 200 recovery then off to the pool for a quick 1700 before I had to leave for work.

4:00am: 1 mile run
4:15am: 1800 meter swim
4:50am: 4.5 mile run
5:30am: 20 minutes of heavy shoulder workout followed by a quick 5 minutes of abs.

I have been able to swim 200-300 yards without stopping for the past couple of weeks, but this morning I couldn’t swim more than 50. Could not eating make a big differance?
