Subject: What to start on first?My lifelong goal is to finish the longest distance events for running, swimming, and biking in the world. The 3 i have on my list are
Vuelta Sudamericana- 7500 miles biking (stage race )
The Self-Transcendence- 3100 miles running (stage race )
Cayuga Lake- 40 miles swimming
I dont know which one i want to work towards first, or how to train properly for them, like distances and amount of training and such. Any assistance or information would be greatly appreciated. |
