Subject: Reload training plan
I have a gold membership that does not expire until August 2013. I am training for a 1/2IM that is on 8/18/2013. My training plan and calendar does not contain any information after next week because this is the end of the 20 week 1/2 IM plan, I chose. How do I get the rest of my training plan through my race date? Or is there something else I need to do or purchase? Thanks, Anita

Did you import a Silver 20 week HIM plan?  Which one was it exactly?  The ending dates seem off as it stopped early (next week).

Let me know which one it was and I can fix it for you.

Okay, so I was going to import the last 5 weeks of my plan into my current calendar to make up for what's missing. When I select the start date of July 14 and the last 5 weeks of my plan, it says my ending date will be 9/19/2013 which is one month past my race date and the end of my gold membership. Somehow it thinks I have my plan information already and is trying to extend it even further. Not sure what to do at this point. Seems like a glitch. Any suggestions? Thanks, Anita

Don't select the 'start' date, select the 'I want this plan to END on' date THEN select the last 5 weeks.

Let me know if that helps or not.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

This training plan has only 2 workouts per sport per week and peaks at 7.5 hours per week of training. Use this plan if you are time constrained or if you want to focus more on your family.

This plan is designed to make you go faster. 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work. The maximum volume is around 10 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.
