Weather looks great but I was wondering if need to worry about the postings for the beaches? Looking at the park site and saw this.

The beach was posted last year too. As with any race, its swim at your own risk. I didn't suffer any ill effects and I'm pretty sure I drank half the reservoir during my swim.
Good luck!!

Great day to race - again water was less than clear

Came in 2nd in age group - 40-49; won AG last year
11th overall
2nd fastest bike split - like last year

Race for me was the same as last year - actually 0.7 secs slower - just over 40 minutes; splits were almost the same
First of the bike but got passed by a short gazelle at the 1K mark - could not keep up with him

I am done for the season - tri bike going onto its faithful trainer

If anyone is looking at a set of training wheels (basically brand new) - Shimano RH500 with a SRAM / Shimano 10 speed cassette (11-26) tires / tubes etc. - off my bike (2012 Argon 18 E80) used them twice (less than 100k) and too lazy to switch race wheels ($400)

Direct messaging would work - located in Burlington

Happy training
