I am thinking of leaving NYHRC which has a 45 ft pool and joining the Mcburney Y. Does anyone have any reviews on this Y for TRI training. looks nice but havent been to it yet? Is it worth moving gyms? is it clean? is the pool super packed??? Any fellow triathlete info would be cool.

I checked it out on Yelp based on your post - it looks OK. Few odd complaints but nothing bad. Once a few things get settled down, I will probably check it out in person to see how it is at times that I would use the pool. They have morning Masters swim, but nothing after work.

My first triathlon was at age 56. At first I was just the cameraman at my daughter's first triathlon, then I am doing the races that she has done.
