Subject: energy bars/drinks in nutrition log

Hi Ron & MarmaMike,

I've just started playing around with the nutrition logs (in terms of logging details to get protein/carbs/fat info). I noticed it has a TON of specific foods, but doesn't seem to have energy bars or drinks. I think i specifically tried searching for clif bars, hammergel and recoverite and nothing came up.

Are these in there, or are they planned to be, or should we add them as custom foods or something?

Tom, they should be added as custom foods. I enter new flavors of Clif bars as I buy them (when Wegmans is out of Black Cherry Almond). The food list is a USDA database.

Also Tom, later this year we plan to 'open-up' the nutrition selector to other users custom foods, so we hope to then have a common area of bars and drinks that other users have entered to pull from.
