Pre-race routine:

Woke up super early, ate peanut butter toast and applesauce. Drove the 60 miles to the race start
Event warmup:

None, got to the start time with a few minutes to spare!

Felt awesome, paced perfectly to tackle the last four miles without having to walk. I didn't even feel the urge to walk at all. I knew I could do it.

Nothing, ran it perfectly for my ability!
