Subject: BT Race database

I have a suggestion, and it will greatly improve the database.

When we are 'searching' for a planned race, and it's one people have done before (many popular ones), multiple entries come up since each year is it's own entry. However, the year isn't specified on the description. It isn't until AFTER we click on "choose race", and it's put into our race listing, that we find out what year it was.

My suggestion is to put a 'year' box in the listings.

Or are we supposed to import it, then manually change the year once it's imported?

Correct, do the latter.  Once one person tags a race that has an old date, it goes to the top of our que to be rechecked for a new date and info...that way we cut down on the duplicates.
