Champion  6285     Beautiful Sonoma County |  Subject: What's the word for...that feeling you get after an especially hard workout? I notice it most when I'm standing in the shower after a good 30 minute - 1 hour cool down. My *everything* is tired and I find myself sighing -- not because I'm bored or forlorn, but because I think my lungs are tired. It's such a sweet tiredness, no? |

Champion 6285 Beautiful Sonoma County | Subject: RE: What's the word for... I love getting all super sweaty and hot, then cooling down good before I get in the shower. I feel so grungy when I get in the shower and then I get all clean in the hot water! It feels like I'm clean inside and out! :D |
