Hi,
I have a question relating to how the minutes/distance is determined for the warm-up, main set, and cool down for the workouts. More specifically, for the run and the bike. Below are run and bike workouts that were created by the custom training plan. For the warm up, it has me running at 7:09 pace which is nearly my 10k race pace
(7:00
). For the bike warmup and cool down, it has me at 21mph which is my race pace. Is there something wrong with this or did i set something up wrong? I deleted and recreated the plan just to make sure it said to enter your race pace.
Thanks for time,
Rusty
