Subject: 11.6.13 Hump Daaaay!
Good morning BT!

4:30am: 7.5 mile headlamp run with about 5 total miles of climbs. The great thing about climbing in the dark is that you can't see that long stretch of hill ahead!

Parent/teacher conferences today...it's always interesting to meet the parents--sometimes it explains a lot about the kid!

Off to the pool for me today again, Long course day so distance swim with maybe a few fast 50's thrown in for good measure.

went for a swim at 5 AM only to have the pool never open since the manager never showed up to open it.
