| Subject: RE: August Swim & Run Challenge (7/31 to 9/3) WHOOOOO HOOOOO! I finished my run goal, but I am not going to make my swim goal. I finished today with my long run of 15.6 miles to put me at 112.55 (7.55 miles OVER my goal) for the challenge. I am planning to hit the pool tomorrow for 2500 yds. That will leave me with 12,250 yds - 3750 yds short. I made my run goal and that was the one I was striving for the most! No injuries and I feel great! |
